The Croatian Competition Agency (CCA) ensures the right of access to information by making its decisions available to the public on its own website, by publishing the regular press releases, comments and opinions, including general and internal legal acts.

Any person that makes a request for access to information to the CCA can exercise their freedom to information.

In line with Article 13 paragraph 1 of the Act on the Right of Access to Information the president of the Council appoints the officer to assist the public in seeking access to information.

Any person seeking access to information and re-use of information shall make an oral or written request to the information officer.

Any request shall be officially recorded.

No administrative or court fees apply to the request for access to information submitted by email or by phone relating to the procedures carried out by the public authorities. In any other case the charges amount to the actual material expenses relating to the dispatch and delivery of information concerned in line with the prescribed criteria.
